Shipping/Policies


SHIPPING
I ship worldwide from the Netherlands! Orders are shipped once every week, so the processing time can take up to 7 days.

You will receive a notification email with a tracking number and link once your order's been shipped. It can take one or two days for the tracking number to become functional.

Stickers and small prints are sent with regular stamped mail, and do not have tracking.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
Please note that delays can occur, and the following estimated delivery time is not guaranteed. Especially during holidays.

- the Netherlands: 1-3 business days after shipping
- Europe: 5-15 business days after shipping
- Rest of the world: 5-20 business days after shipping

CUSTOMS
I do not charge VAT*. Therefore, before receiving your goods, you may have to pay VAT to your local customs if you order from outside the European Union.

*For USA customers:
The USA Tarrif Fee is included at check-out. This means you can order without being charged extra at customs.

DAMAGES & LOSSES
If you think your package is lost, please contact me via the contact page, and I will look into it. If the package has been lost I can resend the items or refund the cost.

If your items arrived damaged, please send me an email with picture proof so I can send you a replacement.

Please make sure you fill in the correct address before ordering. If you've given an incomplete or wrong address, there's nothing I can do after the package has been shipped, and I cannot refund you. In the case the package gets sent back to me, I can reship it to the correct address, but I will have to charge for shipping again.


RETURNS/REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

  • It's possible to cancel your order if it hasn't been shipped yet.
  • I do not take returns, all sales are final.
  • Incase you've received a damaged/wrong item, I can send a replacement/issue a refund.
